Medeli WIMIDI is a plug-and-play wireless USB/MIDI system for MAC OSX and Windows XP. The system can send full Duplex MIDI data on a frequency band 2.4 GHz (rights-free) and was designed to be used with master keyboards in live situations, remote/portable MIDI controllers, computer set-ups and all other conceivable applications. 

The WIMIDI system consists of a transmitter and receiver (the illustration shows them connected) that can be used in three different ways: MIDI <> USB, MIDI<>Wireless and USB<>Wireless.

he separate transmitter can also be used as USB/MIDI interface. The transmission range of the system is 15 meters, which enables the use of up to 8 sets. WIMIDI transmitter uses power from the USB port, the receiver uses two AA batteries (25 hours continuous).
